Item Availability

At Millennium Shoes we are always trying to improve our services and maintain the highest quality control possible. If for some reason we are unable to ship your package, because the product is temporarily out-of-stock or damaged - a very unlikely scenario - we’ll provide our customers 3 options:

  1. We’ll suggest similar items or ask our customers to choose similar items.
  2. In some cases, pointed by Millennium Shoes, the product will become available once again. So we will offer the option of waiting until that product arrives (Millennium Shoes will provide you with a time estimate);
  3. We can cancel your order. 


Shipping and Handling

Our products are shipped from our Distribution Center in Inglewood, CA. Typically all packages ships in 3-5 business days (except for Next Day delivery). If the order contains multiple items, items could eventually ship separately.

For limited time only, Millennium Shoes is offering FREE SHIPPING for purchases of $30.00 or more. This offer is valid only for the contiguous US Territory (Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible). Millennium Shoes uses FedEX (Federal Express) for outbound packages. In some cases, we ship packages using USPS (United States Postal Service). We reserve the right to choose the Shipping carrier.

APO & FPO

Millennium Shoes proudly uses USPS to ship packages to APO & FPO military addresses. Expedite shipment is not available. Regular Ground Rates applies for this method of shipment.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States and its territories. We are looking for the best service that is available to ensure delivery expectations to our international customers.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly process a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

For Exchanges:

Millennium Shoes will process all exchanges for purchases made up to 30 days from the date of shipping. Some criteria have to be met in order for your purchase to qualifying for an exchange:

  • First step is to contact our Customer Service department in order to initiate the process. Exchanges are subject to availability so this initial contact is very important.
  • To be eligible for an Exchange, the product(s) have to be unworn, with all the tags, stickers, extra-laces or other added items in its original condition (attached to the product) and in its original package. If the original package is damaged or taped, a re-stocking fee of $10.00 will be applied to the Credit Card used to pay for the purchase.
  • Once the merchandise is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed. Any product deemed in worn condition will not be accepted. Worn condition is determined upon inspection and assessed at our discretion. Defective merchandise will not be considered worn. If the exchange is declined by our Customer Service Department, the product will be returned to the customer. Shipping charges will apply. FREE SHIPPING OFFER does not apply for exchanges.
  • If there is a price difference between the products being exchanged, the difference will be adjusted on the same credit card used for the purchase. If the charges are not authorized by the Financial Institution, the customer will be contacted to provide a different method of payment.
  • Millennium Shoes is not responsible for the shipping charges*. For the cost of the shipment please refer to the Shipping Policies page. The charges will be applied on the same Credit Card used for the purchase. If for some reason the charges are not authorized by the Financial Institution, the customer will be contacted to provide a different payment method.
  • Same rules apply for International Exchanges. Millennium Shoes is not responsible for Customs and Duties Fees.
  • All items purchased on "Sale," Clearance," "Markdown," etc. are Final Sale - No returns or exchanges.


For Returns:

  • First step is to contact our Customer Service department in order to initiate the process.

If the return is declined by our Customer Service Department, the product will be returned to the customer. Shipping charges will apply. FREE SHIPPING OFFER does not apply for exchanges.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable*. The total refunded is the amount of the shoes + taxes (if applicable).
  • Same rules apply for International Refunds. Millennium Shoes is not responsible for Customs and Duties Fees.
  • All items purchased on "Sale," Clearance," "Markdown," etc. are Final Sale - No returns or exchanges.

Notes:

 * Shipping charges: if a mistake was made on your order that was responsibility of Millennium Shoes, we’ll gladly pay for all the Shipping costs (up to $20.00). Please include a copy of any shipping receipt for reimbursement. For International Orders, please contact our Customer Service department for more information. 

Coupons

You must have a registered account to redeem all discounts, special offers, coupon codes, etc. at time of check-out. 

Special 'Call Request' for Nike, Jordan, etc.

Some of the items in our catalog require a special ordering procedure. These orders are handled as product requests/ inquiries and do not fully gurantee the purchase.

In order to initiate the process, select the size, color and quantity desired on the respective product's page and click the 'request call' button. On the following page, fill out all contact information making sure to complete all required fileds.

Our fullfilment team will contact you soon after the request has been made to complete the purchase via a secure Paypal invoice.

Requests will be acknowledged and replied to the same day during the hours of 9 AM - 4:30 PM PST. Any requests made after stated hours or during the weekend will be handled the next business day.

Order requests are subject to regular shipping prices and are handled separately from normal orders placed through the MillenniumShoes.com shopping cart unless otherwise stated.

Any special promotion, including free shipping offers, advertised on the MillenniuShoes.com website does not apply to these types of special requests unless otherwise stated.
